Shipping policy

We ship within the United States.

Rates

Standard: $5.95, 3 to 5 business days.
Express: $15.00, 1 to 2 business days.

Transit times are the carrier's estimate and start once your order leaves us. They don't include the time it takes us to pack it.

When your order goes out

In stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Backordered orders

Aíre is made in small batches. When a batch sells through, new orders ship with the next run.

If your order is backordered, the product page tells you so before you check out. We'll email you with a ship date, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before it ships. If we can't ship within 30 days of your purchase, we'll reach out before that deadline with a new date and the option to cancel.

Damaged or lost in transit

Email hello@airelove.com with your order number and we'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. We deal with the carrier, you don't need to.

Wrong address

Check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll email you and reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs the same as the original shipping.
